Jodi has been involved in apprenticeships since almost the very beginning of her working life. After leaving school, Jodi soon realised that college was not the environment she would thrive in and instead came across an apprenticeship in administration for a private training provider. After completing up to a level 4 qualification, Jodi relocated to Australia for 6 months, working for the National Bank of Australia. Upon Jodi’s return, she secured a junior administration position at Hampshire Training & Enterprise Council, then for the next 17 years has worked through various organisations including the Learning & Skills Council, the Skills Funding Agency and working her way up to the Head of Employer Contracts for the South Central area of the National Apprenticeship Service. Since this, Jodi has worked for two local training providers whilst also setting up a successful business. Finally, Jodi has managed and brought to life the Solent Apprenticeship & Skills Hub a fantastic resource for business in the Solent.
