Yasmin is Chief Executive of the Staying Put Group. 

Yasmin has more than 18 years’ experience as a Chief Executive with an excellent track record of leading organisations to focus on the people they support. Her career has been in health and wellbeing where she has focused on outcomes, delivering compassionate, safe and effective care and an outstanding experience for service users.

Yasmin has over 20 years’ experience of leading on women’s rights/gender-based violence, education services to young people raising aspiration and widening opportunities, supported housing and working around mental health and wellbeing. She is passionate about equality of opportunity and human right issues regularly advocating and campaigning for change. Since 2000 Yasmin has been instrumental in setting up a range of innovative services for vulnerable people in West Yorkshire in addition to developing national working initiatives for marginalised groups.
