Greta Paa-Kerner is the Head of Employer Partnerships & Apprenticeships at the University of East London. She oversees the strategy development and roll-out of the university’s employer partnership initiative. Greta also leads the university’s apprenticeship and business engagement team. She believes that active links between industry and education is the best way to increase UK’s productivity and ensure Industry 4.0 readiness.
