Amy Norton is Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at the Office for Students. As well as overseeing the implementation of OfS’s Public Sector Equality Duty objectives and action plan, Amy leads on work to tackle sexual harassment, violence and hate crime affecting students and OfS’s work to enhance support for students experiencing mental health difficulties.
