Esi supports businesses by offering training, consulting and public speaking. As a Disability Inclusion Expert, she sees her role to be supporting businesses and not-for-profit organisations to understand the barriers that disabled people face. Once some of the barriers are understood, Esi believes that we can start working together to build inclusive structures to ensure that all disabled people are included in every part of business.

One major project that she is currently working on at the moment is curating the Disability Inclusion Community. This community will be designed for inclusion professionals working towards that disability-inclusive workplace. The community will be a resource for people to share ideas, network and meet others, engage in live events and benefit from a library of resources to support the development of an inclusive culture.
