Ellie Thouret (they/she) is a Senior EDI Specialist at Citizens Advice. Ellie was diagnosed as autistic and having ADHD in their 30s and is interested in creating environments of belonging for neurodivergent people. Believing that celebrating neurodiversity should go beyond ‘inclusion’ and ‘representation, Ellie is intrigued by neurodivergent-led design. They have recently led a project group of neurodivergent staff and volunteers to develop a toolkit for supporting neurodivergence in the workplace.
