Naomi Johnson (she/hers/they), Disability Inclusion Leader for Amazon World Wide Stores and Co-Director of Neurodiversity for the People with Disabilities AG/ERG Global Board, Amazon.
Naomi joined Amazon in August 2020 as an IT Manager, having worked for 20 years in technical IT, strategy and leadership across multiple sectors; retail, legal, banking and service providers.
She moved into Disability Inclusion Strategy and DEI in October 2021, the original scope of her role being across 10 EU countries and multiple business lines for EU Customer Fulfillment. Her role has since expanded to encompass the Global WW Stores business, across 42 countries, and a supported headcount of over 1 million employees.
She was diagnosed as autistic at 37, with ADHD at 41 and has neurodivergent children. She has recently been named one of the Top 80 Neurodiversity Evangelists in the UK, speaking openly, supporting and advocating for her community externally as well as within Amazon.
