Annette Hay is a Senior Research Delivery Support Partner in the Research Office at Coventry University, who has a particular interest in leadership and governance in Higher Education.  She has over 30 years of experience around equity, diversity and inclusion, and is a passionate and strategic advocate for the role research has in helping to identify, promote and tackle some our most pressing and urgent social, political and environment challenges of modern times. 

Annette has a principal role in Coventry University’s drive towards building strategic and purposeful relationships and collaborations on a local, national and global scale and she is recognised for her strategic influence and input on policy and practice.

Annette is currently a Board member of Advance HE, the ‘National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education’ (NADOHE), the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Group for the Association of Research Management and Administration (ARMA) and the Belgrade Theatre.
