Daniel joined Chris Cheshire and John Henderson on the Safe and Found project in 2016, assisting with the development of the prototype system that was successfully trialled by North Yorkshire and Cheshire Police forces. Daniel has 20 years of experience developing compliance and reporting systems for schools, councils and housing associations and joined Leeds-based Tinkle Telecom as Director of Development in 2019.

Daniel also regularly volunteers for LGBT+ charities and has recently become LGBT+ ambassador for Silicon Yorkshire, a networking platform for the technology community in the region.
