Rob leads the Healthcare sector for Dalkia UK, with a focus on supporting NHS Trusts to develop and deliver practical decarbonisation projects. His work brings together early stage opportunity development, technical strategy, funding routes and commercial models, working closely with NHS Estates, capital and sustainability teams to move from net zero ambition into deliverable programmes. Rob has worked in the energy sector for over 20 years, with previous roles at Siemens and Shell Energy. This included developing public sector energy projects across local authority and wider public estates, as well as working with European accounts to provide energy consulting and strategic support to major clients. His experience gives him a practical perspective on how organisations can turn strategy, funding and technical design into measurable carbon reduction.
