Kirstin has over twenty years’ experience of working with children, young people and their families across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. She has worked in nursery settings, secondary schools, SEND and was the Lead of a specialist KS3 Nurture provision, she also develops and delivers training for Practitioners on CSE, Consent and RSHE. Kirstin has been part of the TETC team for the past four years.

Kirstin passionately believes in the importance of children and young people learning and understanding about consent, resilience and safe, healthy relationships. She works with children, young people, professionals and individuals from all sectors in developing effective, inclusive resources in order to raise the awareness of CSE and how to support young people and their families at risk of or involved in CSE.
