Sophie is a Training Consultant at Ambitious about Autism. She is an experienced trainer with a background in teaching and working closely with autistic children and young people, and she is an experienced researcher and analyst. She delivers training on understanding autism to a variety of clients, including those in social work, education, and other areas of the public sector. She also provides consultancy in various capacities.

She has over 5 years’ experience in tailoring educational provision for neurodiverse children and young people, both in schools and in outdoor education settings (now known as forest schools). She was the Well-Being Ambassador for an East London federation, where she trained other school staff in strategies to increase learner and teacher well-being, working closely with the occupational therapist.
