Lee has been Chief Executive of Manningham Housing Association since January 2018. He has over two decades of experience as a housing professional and has worked across a range of organisations including local authority, ALMOs and housing associations.

He has led Manningham Housing Association back into regulatory compliance achieving the highest grades possible of G1 for governance and V1 for Viability.

Lee was previously Chief Executive of a BME housing association in Leeds and has particular expertise in corporate governance, business development, organisational change and strong strategic leadership. He is Vice Chair of the Housing Diversity Network and is passionate about instigating change and improving and developing services for BME communities.

He also sits on the Executive Group of BME National, the organisation which is the collective voice for over 40 BME landlords. Lee was named as Mentor of the Year at the 2018 Housing Heroes Awards.
