Tracey is an accomplished accountant and business leader, with over 30 years’ experience spanning four different continents.

Not only is Tracey Sovereign’s Chief Financial Officer, she’s an inspirational leader, committed to developing teams. And, passionate about equality in the workplace, she’s been a vocal advocate for working women across the globe.

Prior to joining Sovereign in 2019, Tracey held a variety of senior roles both in the UK and abroad across several multinational commercial organisations. She describes leading the rapid creation of international beer and spirits giant, Diageo’s largest and award winning global business service centre in Bengaluru, India as one of her key achievements.

She’s focused on delivering change and has created a strong leadership team who are working together to transform finance and help Sovereign realise its ambitions of creating strong foundations and building even more homes.
