Graham Sievers was selected as the first Chairman for the Property Guardian Providers Association when it was formed in 2019.

He has since then helped it gain recognition in Parliament, referenced several times in House of Lords debates about housing and property guardians, and arranged numerous meetings for members to discuss the guardian model with both government ministers and senior civil servants at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.

He also negotiated a Coordinated Partnership with a Primary Authority, to provide independent audits on members’ guardian properties for fire safety, the only guardian companies in the UK subjected to such scrutiny.

Prior to that, he helped publish the first ever legal review ‘The Law and Property Guardians’ in 2017.
