Experienced health and wellbeing officer with a demonstrated history of working within occupational health.  Skilled in health and wellbeing, health promotion, health surveillance, physical first aid, mental health first aid, public health, smoking cessation, menopause awareness and training delivery.  Very passionate about all aspects of workplace health and wellbeing and making positive differences to employees.  Currently in training to become a therapeutic counsellor.
