Iblal Rakha is an NHS Clinical AI Fellow and Lead Pharmacist for Clinical Trials Digitisation at Oxford University Hospitals, where he delivers AI from evaluation to live use in real clinical pathways. With an MPharm from UCL and an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Leeds, he combines hands on machine learning and NLP expertise with deep knowledge of NHS data and interoperability standards. He has led the digitisation of hundreds of clinical trials, integrated decision support with ePrescribing, and built practical methods to assess performance, bias and benefit at the point of care. Iblal contributes to the Oxford Clinical AI Research Group and the NHS Faculty of Clinical AI, focusing on making AI safe, usable and genuinely valuable for patients and staff.
