GlobalData

Principal Analyst - Central Government, UK Public Sector

Dwayne is the Principal Analyst for the Central Government vertical for GlobalData’s Public Sector business (formerly known as Kable), the leading market intelligence agency providing research and insightful analysis on UK Public Sector ICT adoption for over thirty years.

His primary focus is assisting clients to position their products and services to satisfy the needs of Government and the wider Public Sector through analysis of procurement data and how this intersects with policy and digital transformation.

His previous roles consisted of supporting diverse organisations in driving change, through business improvement, digital transformation, and performance management, ranging from being a Business Intelligence/Business Analyst on the Houses of Parliament Restoration and Renewal (R&R) Programme which is responsible for refurbishing the Palace of Westminster to an Account Analyst creating sales strategies for various client accounts at Konecta.

His extensive experience has led him to different challenges which he optimistically views as “sharing the same qualities albeit in different quantities” that has helped developed a firm “can-do attitude” when identifying change and igniting the journey forward.

Dwayne is a member of techUK’s Central Government Council, which primary focus is to represent technology suppliers who supply to Government, lead the debate on new technologies, and optimise the use of existing capabilities.

Dwayne is also a Non-Executive Director on the Board of his golf club and holds responsibility for Internal Communications and the club’s social media platforms.
