His industry experience spans sectors including finance, government, healthcare, retail, construction and technology. Known for his practical, hands-on approach, Martin excels at translating complex ideas — especially in AI —  into simple, actionable tools that drive impact in a commercial context. He holds a Master's in Information Systems from Lancaster University and a certificate in AI Ethics from the London School of Economics.
