Francesca is part of the social security outcome team at JRF, working on developing credible solutions and partnerships to contribute to JRF’s goal of enabling more people to move out of poverty through a better system of social security. She previously worked at Defra within the EU Exit Domestic and Constitutional Affairs directorate. Prior to this, she managed the Local Programmes department for a North-East regeneration NGO, developing and delivering people-and-place-based initiatives in collaboration with local communities.
